Wanted a highly rated lower touristy spot. Found Osteria Vecchio Vicolo near our air bnb and saw it has good reviews so we thought we'd give it a try. Service was wonderful and they accommodated our stroller. Prices were a little higher than what we'd been spending (around $15-20 euros a person) but oh man is the food amazing!!! My friend got the tortellini with truffle sauce and I got the papperdelle al porcini. Seriously the best pasta I've ever had in my life!! If you're in Florence, stop here!

Inside is decorated very nicely like you are sitting on a street. I came for a pizza and wine and was not disappointed. I shared a traditional pizza with ham and salami and it was phenomenal. The tomato sauce was delicious and sweet, the crust perfectly thin, and the meats were full of flavor. Everything was very reasonably priced and delicious

The perfect lunch spot in Florence, after checking out ponte Vecchio :). Fresh breads with olive oil to die for. Bruschetta was delish with buratta and tomatoes were ripe to perfection. Eggplant parm done so well. Cacio e Pepe was amazing!

Ordered a cold cut on chopping board and a vongole pasta. Was rather disappointed by the vongole pasta. Pasta was overcooked and the sauce wasn't fantastic. The salamis and cheese isn't to my liking either but I think it could be me not getting used to the taste.
Its becoming more of a tourist spot for nice atmosphere at dinner but not a local spot of great food. I should have listened to my senses when I see their printed menu of many pages. -

Love this place. The food was amazing as well as the service. Couldn't have asked for a better place. A must have is the gelato with berries. It's sooooo good!!
